In brief
- The idea
- Small-group creative workshops (6–12 people) on the beach, merging art, nature and sustainable tourism so visitors leave with something they made from the coast itself.
- The problem
- Baltic seaside tourism is highly seasonal and passive; visitors have few meaningful, low-impact things to do, and marine litter accumulates on otherwise beautiful beaches.
- Who it is for
- Culture-curious holidaymakers, families, school and corporate groups, and residents looking for slow, creative coastal activities.
- Where they are now
- Concept validated through a local SWOT of Pobierowo; mobile workshop kit and pilot sessions planned, no permanent infrastructure yet.
- What they need
- Workshop equipment and mobile setup, partnerships with local accommodation providers, and a shoulder-season pilot programme.
