What we collect

When you record a pledge of interest we store your name, email address, country, supporter type, chosen level, whether your support is non-financial, and any message you write. When you express interest we also store your organisation, role, the type of support you offer and the ventures you selected. We record the date and purpose of your consent. We never ask for or store payment details.

Why we use it

To record market signals for the ventures in the CoastalPro programme, to produce aggregated statistics, and to contact you about the venture you supported. The legal basis is your consent.

Who can see it

Individual submissions are not published on this website and are not visible to other visitors. Only the CoastalPro project team can access them. Founders receive aggregated results and anonymised comments.

Retention and your rights

Data is kept for the duration of the CoastalPro project and its reporting obligations, then deleted. You may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion at any time by contacting the CoastalPro consortium through coastalpro.eu.
